There are lots of reasons for moving to Tenerife so why shouldn’t golf be one of them. It’s not like you are going to live out on the fairway, but you can get pretty close.
Take Golf Del Sur for instance, set in the south east corner of Tenerife, close to the airport and with top quality properties wrapped around one of the best golf courses on the island. Alamos Park features low level villas set against the Golf Del Sur course and with great views out to sea and across to Montaña Roja, the distinctive red mountain that welcomes you as you fly in to the south airport.
As you enjoy the ravines and volcanic sand traps of the course, you can also admire the quality of the luxury developments that surround the playing surface. Designed in 1987, the course later had a complete makeover from Manuel Pinero and is a great area to settle in.
The main motorway that links up the island slips off into this green paradise, but you will struggle to notice it as you relax in your property knowing that in such a setting, the investment value will hold as steady as your putt.
