La Caleta property is just the ticket for investment

If Actual Properties told you that La Caleta is the big growth area for tourism and property investment in the south of Tenerife, you might be cynical and think, they would say that. For independent commercial proof, look no further than the state owned public bus company TITSA, who yesterday launced a new route connecting La Caleta directly to Reina Sofia, the main airport, in the south of Tenerife.

The new 488 route has it’s own fleet of the companies distinctive green buses, these ones emblazoned with “Aerobus” all over, and backed by  a new series of easily identifiable stops from the airport through Los Cristianos, Las Americas, and Costa Adeje before two stops in the heart of La Caleta.

Better still, the buses run through the night at 2 am, 4.50 am and 6.40 am from the airport and 1 am and 3.25 am from La Caleta. It’s a great bonus, once you have bought your investment property, you know you can flit back and fore the airport cheaply and without the scrum down at the taxi rank.

Along with more road improvements, it’s a real show of faith by the Tenerife politicians, in an area that is growing in popularity, and will continue to do so with the improving access. It’s no wonder La Caleta is so popular, with a great Canarian fishing village on the rugged coast and modern luxury properties like Magnolia Golf Resort and Caleta Golf Resort just above, it can’t help but grow in value.
